Return Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff while processing your returns, which has caused delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dulce Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

We want you to love your jewelry. We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry and  want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  

If any item in your order is defective, we will gladly accept a return and refund your purchase price. Any jewelry purchased from dulcejewelers.com can be returned within 14 days. Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you. We do not refund shipping costs. All items must be sent back in their original unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging with any tags attached (if the item arrived with tags). We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, washed or damaged. 

To initiate a return, please email at returns@dulcejewers.com and a rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Worn, scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted. Dulce Jewelers has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions. 
  • We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds.
  • All  sale, sample sale, custom, gift cards and discounted items are final sale.
  • We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.

2022 HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Orders placed from December 1, 2022 until December 24, 2022, are eligible for returns until January 31, 2023. Orders placed after this period are eligible for our standard 14–day return policy. Extended Holiday Return Policy does not apply to Black Friday Sale purchases, and we do not offer exchanges for any pieces.

2022 BLACK FRIDAY SALE POLICY

All Black Friday Sale purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any pieces.

CHANGING ITEMS OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order. If you have an urgent change contact our team hello@dulcejewelers.com straight away, and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
