SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

How long will it take until my order is shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the time the order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. All of our orders usually ship standard *USPS First Class Mail by the next business day. But, if you need it faster, we’ll ship the same day on all FedEx Priority Overnight orders placed before noon CT—guaranteed.

What shipping service do you use?

Currently, we ship all of our items with USPS and FEDEX. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your USPS or FEDEX  tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to Canada only, but we are adding more international destinations gradually. All orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via FEDEX International. 

Do you pay taxes/fees/duties?

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Dulce Jewelers  and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. You will get Fedex tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frame for delivery, please email hello@dulcejewelers.com, and we will do everything we can to help you.

Am I charged sales tax?

Sales tax is currently charged only in New York state, as we are based in New York. It is subject to change; tax will be populated at checkout if applicable.   

Can you do rushed production speeds?

The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you need your order by a specific date, please email hello@dulcejewelers.com, and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number. 

RETURNS & Refunds

Dulce Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Do you accept returns?

If any item in your order is defective, we will gladly refund your purchase price after receiving the return. Any jewelry purchased from dulcejewelers.com can be returned within 14 days. Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you. We do not refund shipping costs. All items must be sent back in their original unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging with any tags attached (if the item arrived with tags). We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, washed or damaged. 

To initiate a return, please email at returns@dulcejewers.com. A rep will get back to you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to return your order using a prepaid return label, a return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

Can I cancel my order?

Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping before placing your order. If you have an urgent change contact our team hello@dulcejewelers.com straight away, and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements as once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.

Do you do custom pieces or engraving?

Yes! We'd love to discuss custom jewelry and do engraving for you for the certain pieces. Please contact us at hello@dulcejewelers.com with any questions or ideas that you have. 

What is your ring sizing?

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference our Ring Size Guide. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. 

Can I return sale or discounted items?

All sale and discounted items are final sale.

Do you offer repairs?

We don’t currently offer repairs but if your item has been received defective we offer refunds, please request return at returns@dulcejewers.com

QUALITY

Where your Jewelry and gemstones come from?

Our jewelry is made in Italy, US, India and China, and we use natural metals and genuine gemstones, crystals and diamonds that are ethically sourced and mined.

What color/clarity are your gemstones, and where do they come from?

We use authentic gemstones unless specified otherwise. Please, note that no two stones are alike. They can slightly vary in color and size, as well as contain imperfections, due to their natural state. Our gemstones are ethically sourced around the world from India,Sri Lanka, Thailand, Columbia  etc. 

JEWELRY CARE

Our solid gold jewelry only requires periodic cleaning, once every 2-3 weeks, and it will not tarnish or corrode. Avoid exposing gold jewelry to bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly damage. Rare chemical reactions can occur with lotions, oil, perfume, etc.

Emeralds and Opals especially should be treated with extra special care.
